His true story (Part II)

Let's continue with the second part of Apolonio's story.

As you can see at the link I sent before, Apo's kidnap was long, painful and hard. We even saw in a spanish journal a fake article about Apolonio's murder. There were many efforts to release him, but in the meanwhile his owner didn't move his ass an inch to help him. Clearly, he didn't care about Apolonio's fate. But from the ALF we kept on struggling for his freedom...

But then, one fine day, during my holidays in New York in April 03, I FOUND HIM!!!!! He was walking up the 5th avenue heading for the Bronx. Of course he recognised me immediately, and we sat at the closest Starbuck's for a coffee.

Aparently, he could escape to his raptors during one of his performances with the "Bizarre-Kidnapped-Animals-Circus¨ when they were in Queens, NY. Since then he had been wandering around NY trying to survive in the big apple (everybody knows how tough a big city can be for an Apolonio-like being). He acknowleged and appreciated a lot all my effort during his captivity, and since that moment he became one of my best friends. On the other hand, he can't forget the behaviour of his former owner, and he has promised not to come back with him ever again...

Since then, Apolonio travels around the world. He has no fixed address, no schedule, no telephone, no way to contact him... But believe me, if you're planing an exotic travel, be sure you'll find him there... Just let us know in advance ;)

In the forthcoming days I'll post some pictures of his travels abroad. If you have some more, send them to me... Anything's worth being shown :)
